I can see IE 6 sp1 mentioned. Am I looking in the worng place?

Actually this might be my mistake. It would seem that this flash is Geotargeted. I can see it in the UK but it probably isn't visible in Japan. This Geotargeting sh*t is wonderful, but it is starting to do my head in.
